C L Chang (she/her), known as Risa online, is a Chinese-Singaporean writer focused on science-fiction, horror and fantasy. She enjoys writing darker stories inspired by her unique ESEA culture combined with unreliable narrators, cosmic horror, and the intertwining of madness and devotion. She was accepted into the Singapore Creative Arts Programme in 2019 and the Write Team Mentorship Programme in 2024.When she's not writing, she's scrambling to complete her legal training or catching up on playthroughs of the latest horror games which piques her interest.She is represented by Julie Gourinchas at Bell Lomax Moreton.banner by @kuri_huang for onmyoji
